Our goal is to help you apply that knowledge towards holistic wellness. will facilitate a close examination of the Enneagram as we learn to use this model for self-understanding as well as help you overcome self-defeating patterns. This special summer seminar is an invitation to take a “deep dive” into your strengths, motivation, approach to tasks and relationships, and your personal hang ups. This semester we will be working on our habits to help support us as we build trust in ourselves, self-awareness and resilience. ![]() It can show you how to build a growth mindset and learned optimism. but will can teach you how to create an environment where you will learn how to pick yourself up, dust yourself off. This seminar cannot teach you to be gritty. Do you have the "bounce factor"? Can you keep going when things do not go your way? When Plan A crumbles, can you pivot? What have you had to juggle in life to be where you are today? Going through tough times is never easy, but it does help us discover a growth mindset and build resilience. Resiliency is also a holistic developmental skill that transfers from personal to professional. Resiliency is a key predictor in long-term success.
